As Detroit Worldwide extends its recongiton of women working in arts, sports, and entertainment for Women's History Month, Marquis connects with Detroit-based content creator, brand influencer, podcast host, and gamer Ms. Pinky about her longtime love for video games and how she's been able to create content and build community on Twitch.

Pinky also discusses the need for the video gaming industry to recognize the contributions of Black women gamers and how she's working to establish her own brand which aims to promote Black women in gaming.

More specfically, Pinky addresses the underrepresentation of Black girls and women in gaming and why it’s critical for spaces to be created and celebrated where their identities are affirmed.
